A new traditional neighborhood development along the 30A corridor of the Florida Panhandle in the tradition of Seaside, Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and Draper Lake. A design charrette was held in 2014 to establish the architectural character of the property including conceptual designs for various building types, character illustrations for key buildings, and a selection of designs for a variety of residential buildings defined within the master plan.
